FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What differentiates MTCA from other competitions?

  • Our adjudicators are college level professors and industry professionals all dedicated to providing learning experiences for your performers.

  • Performers receive more than a score sheet. After their presentation they participate in the workshop where positive and constructive suggestions are made to enhance the performance.

  • Students experience a true Broadway Cattle Call audition. Feedback has told us how this is helping prepare many of our former students for the college audition process, as well as professional auditions.

  • Education is key at MTCA. Every workshop, master class and on stage adjudication is geared towards growing each performer.

Do I have to be a part of a school or team to participate?

  • No you don't! Individual entries are welcome. This is a great opportunity to meet others who share your passion.

Can I present a monologue?

  • Yes! There is a monologue category.
